The HOI-19 Job Fair will be held at Shoppes at Grand Prairie on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. HOI-19 is looking for well-qualified candidates to join our sales team in Peoria and Bloomington, as well as team members interested in selling interactive products for YourHeartofIllinois.com. Local businesses also looking for well qualified candidates to join their teams will be present as well. Please come prepared with a current resume, references and dressed for success. Candidates will be interviewed on-site and may be asked by HOI-19 or participating businesses for further interviews at a later date.

Job Description
Customer Service Representatives positively and professionally respond to customer contacts received from a variety of sources providing complex or technical customer service. Customer service may include detailed product information, problem identification, needs assessment, and/or sales. Representatives troubleshoot customer issues, researching answers from a variety of tools and background knowledge, including scripts, actual products, product literature, the Internet and computer databases.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Scheduling flexibility in accordance with account requirements
• Demonstrated customer service and troubleshooting skills
• Data entry skills 25wpm with 64% accuracy
• Basic PC Knowledge
• Fluent in both English and Spanish or French
• Able to read, write and speak both English and Spanish or French
